What if I want to order custom apparel for my unit?
Please email us at sales@prairieheartspark.com for unit order inquiries. It is best if you have one person as a designated organizer for point person of contact. We only create group orders for Prairie Heart + Spark designs. We will not use your own design creations as we are not a(n) apparel printing company. We can recommend print companies for you to use for your unit design. 

What is the minimum order quantity?
A minimum of 20 articles of clothing (for example: a collective order of 20+ tees).

Are you able to modify any of your designs to incorporate my unit?
With our current Prairie Heart + Spark designs available, together we can discuss how we can incorporate your unit into customized designs. Ensure when placing your customized order you write down exactly what you would like your design to say. Any customized orders will be final sale. 

What is the pricing for each unit orders?
Pricing of each unit order will depend on the quantity ordered and if there will be more in-depth customization. We can discuss this when you contact us at sales@prairieheartspark.com.

What is the order process like?
Once we finalize your design, we will send you (the organizer) when the website link is available for the team to start ordering their apparel. We will also give you the custom DISCOUNT CODE for each member of your team to use when checking out (in order to receive the discount). Once we have received all orders by a deadline, we will them process the order.  ALL custom orders will be FINAL SALE. 

Can we order other designs besides our custom group design?
Yes. You may also include other designs we offer on the website with your customized group order. Ensure you add it to your cart so you may receive the discount on it.

How long will our order take?
Please allow approximately four weeks for us to create your customized apparel. This timeline does not include shipping time. We will contact you if there are any delays.
